“Mohbad’s mother never abandoned him, she only left him with his father” – Late singer’s Aunty set the record straight (Video)

Late Nigerian singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known by his stage name, Mohbad’s Aunty has cleared the air on reports of his mother abandoning him during his childhood.

Pm reported that following the death of the singer, reports started making rounds that the singer’s mother abandoned him and his elder sister after her crashed marriage to their father.

Her younger sister, in a video obtained by Instablog9ja, debunked the reports as she recounted how Mohbad’s mother stood by his side, even during his ordeal with Naira Marley.

According to her, the singer’s mother only left him and his elder sister with their father, because he didn’t allow her to take them, but they agreed to take care of them together.

She noted how Mohbad’s mother was there for him during his trials with his former label boss, Naira Marley, and how she stood by him and his wife when they welcomed their son.
